The general areas were always clean and well-maintained, making it easy for me to move around as a senior. Accessible seating and handrails were conveniently placed throughout the hotel, ensuring my safety and convenience.

I would have appreciated a more attentive and helpful staff. It seemed like the children working there lacked proper training in customer service.
